1. Achieve total membership of 2512
a. Increase new members by 598
b. Achieve 80% retention rate of current members
c. Increase RVW visibility
2. Expand RVW member benefits
a. Add a minimum of three new member benefits
b. Enhance educational opportunities
3. Improve communication between National RVW
and the membership
a. Develop and implement two new communication tools
b. Enhance four existing communication tools
4. Increase member participation in financial support.
a. Increase Open Road Program contributions by 46%
b. Develop Legacy Donations Program
