A full-time exempt position, 30-35K salary range with benefits. 225 individually owned lots. Oct-April customer service to residents is the primary focus. Must adhere to a predetermined budget ,supervise and evaluate employees. Responsible for working with contractors and obtaining bid proposals for Board approved projects. Must become familiar with written HOA documents, procedures, guidelines and processes. Must demonstrate supervisory and IPR skills; experience with conflict resolution; budget planning and implementation; negotiation, computer and writing skills; knowledge of building and property management. BA,BS preferred but not required.
