Many of you have requested updates on what’s happening with the EZ-Net Tools system, so a group of us at EZ-Net Tools are creating a newly designed newsletter to update you on news, system enhancements and general talk to help you succeed with your Web site.

The Server Upgrade is Up!
|

Over the last week, we performed a very complex equipment upgrade to the EZ-Net Tools system. In theory, the changes were to be transparent to the end users. So much for theories!
As diligent as we were, there were intermittent log-in difficulties and various other obscure problems for our users. We sincerely apologize.

Now that we are past this challenge, we can enjoy some exciting new enhancements to our system!
We are now poised for virtually unlimited growth! As we grow, our system can now easily be expanded. We simply connect another computer into the cluster as the demand increases!
EZ-Net Tools reliability is even more stable! Even though we have enjoyed over a 99% uptime, with our new set-up, the system does not rely on any one server. If there is a problem with one of the computers, the flow of traffic is directed to other computers and our system administrators are contacted immediately!
You should now notice an increase in efficiency! The system and some programming code have now been optimized.When you are building your Web pages and especially if you have a large catalog you will notice an increase in response time. We will be optimizing more code in the coming weeks!
Finally, we now have new system tools that monitor very specific information which will help our system administrators closely monitor detailed data. With these new tools, our system administrators can prevent potential problems before they happen!

EZ-Net Tools “Users Manual” Online in Adobe Acrobat Format!!!

When you need answers, you need them now and a lot of you haven’t been able to get manuals when you need them so we have edited and converted the Users Manual to Adobe Acrobat and are in the process of putting it online.
In Adobe Acrobat you can view or print the manual exactly as you see it.
And if you don’t yet have Adobe Acrobat Reader, just download it for free. Acrobat Reader is a program that allows you to read documents in “Book” format.

Our tech support guys are working on a FAQ Online Guide. They are pouring their hearts into it so we think it should be real easy to use. In the meantime we are writing an online, step-by-step tutorial and we’ll let you know when that’s online.
With the new servers, growth is unlimited, and improvements can be made, so hang in there and grow with us.
